In previous years, when was the general release date of IDs for new graduate students?

I want to start using birth control, and I also have PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). What is the best birth control method that can also help improve my PMDD symptoms?

The site says the results are generally released during the last week of June for First Semester, but the prospectus states the results are released during the first week of June for First Semester entry. When is it, really? Particularly for the Department of Psychology which also requires applicants to undergo an interview with the program coordinator.

I already sent emails to my three recommenders through the ADMU graduate admissions portal. One of them said they filled out a Google Form. Is that it? The recommenders don't need to write a full recommendation letter?
