Is tata altroz diesel a good buy? It is the cheapest diesel car out there. Is it better than maruti Cng cars in the same price range like fronx,baleno and swift. Need to select between cng cars and a altroz diesel , Cng was only under consideration initially, then we realised cng pumps have boot space issues and u still need petrol as primary fuel . My budget is only sufficient to buy altroz diesel. How is the milege of this car, I need to travel 60 kms daily out of which roughly 7-8 km is in highway, even most of the remaining distance doesn't have much traffic ,u can go 50-60kmph easily.
I have to commute 60 km per day and i was planning to buy a car with good mileage and decent perfomance . I was on the verge of buying a swift as it was budget friendly and claims to have good mileage, But at the end i was convinced to buy baleno by a friend. It had better looks and when i checked YouTube and Google people where getting 17-18 in city and 22-23 in highway. The arai was 22 so i trusted the numbers and bought the zeta amt model.But im getting only 11-13 in city and 17-18 in highway. Is this normal or should i complain it to service center?
