Motherboard CPU light constantly lit?

Hello there, I have a pretty decent PC, and for some reason my CPU (top left) light on the motherboard has been lit for a solid 3 months or so. I never really tried to troubleshoot until recently though.

I have a gigabyte B850 gaming wifi6 motherboard, asus prime 5070 ti, and 9800X3D cpu. My cooler is a 2 fan corsair AIO. My ram is 64gb teamforce t-create.

I unplugged everything and turned the power off, power cycled it, took out the cmos battery for 10 minutes, unplugged and re-plugged all cables going into the motherboard and from the PSU itself, re-seated the ram and most recently updated the bios from an f5 something all the way to the most recent one of f12 something. Still, the CPU light is just solid all the time. Performance is not affected at all. Still works perfectly and has normal temps, tested in very demanding games. One quirk I will say my PC has had since I built it 18 months ago is that it will rarely, randomly take a long time to boot, where I hit the button and the fans ramp all the way up, and stay spinning very quickly, then nothing happens for a solid 2 minutes, before I think it re-boots itself and then works normally. This is rare for me, I've seen it maybe once a month, and I don't know if it's related or not. I work from home and game a lot so this PC sees a lot of milage, so I just think if there was actually a problem, it would have given out or stopped working or something by now. Maybe some software? Maybe faulty cable or something? I truly have no idea.

Need suggestions on what I should do about my new house

Hello. I know next to nothing about electricity so I hope this subreddit isn't too harsh. I've tried looking up my exact questions but haven't been able to find exact answers. I am in the process of buying a house in the US that was built in the late 50s. I noticed that every single outlet, but 1, in the house is only 2 pronged, not 3. Which means... Not grounded, right? Okay. Plenty of other people have lived in this house over the years and it hasn't burnt down. So it should be okay, right? I unfortunately didn't unscrew any outlets to look behind them to see if there's a ground available. I will next time I'm there I guess. I had an inspector there and these were things he mentioned. "Open neutral indicated at the bathroom outlet. Once corrected, the outlet should be labeled as a “not grounded outlet”, unless grounded". AND "No GFCI outlets at the kitchen location.". He didn't mention anything else. So does that mean the regular house wiring is fine and safe? I was trying to pick his brain during the inspection, I'm not sure if he didn't know, but he wasn't answering me very well. He said the house doesn't have old knob and tube wiring, but "cloth" wiring, which I guess was the standard for a few decades there up until... 1960 or 1970? Somewhere around there? And it's typically ungrounded. So why is there ONE 3 pronged outlet at all? If ground is available for that single outlet in the living room, does that mean it's available behind them all, and I could just swap out the outlets myself? Or would I need an entire house rewire to get all the outlets grounded? Do I even need all of the outlets grounded? At the end of the day I'm worried about the safety of it all. I work from home and my desk area has a fuckload of stuff plugged into it. My gaming PC is to the side on a wooden side table, my (tiny) work PC is right on my desk, along with 3 monitors, an iPhone charger, and a PS5. In my current house I have all that plugged into 1 outlet + the rest into a surge protector. If it has to stay ungrounded, should I even still be using a surge protector? Or do I need a regular power strip? I understand that without a ground, the surge protector can't protect anything. But like.. can I still use it? Is it MORE dangerous to use an ungrounded surge protector vs. just a power strip? If it all has to stay ungrounded, I'll need to plug in the surge protector/power strip into the wall using a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter. Is that a bad idea to plug 6-8 electronics (with 1 or 2 of them being relatively high power draw) into a single, old-ish, ungrounded outlet through an adapter? Is it safer it I split the total power draw between 2 outlets in the room using 2 power strips? Should I try to install a ground in just my office outlets myself, or the whole house, or get an electrician to do it? What about GFCI outlets without a ground? Is that any better? I just don't know what to actually do, I may be overthinking it. But when searching things like "is it safe to have a gaming PC in an ungrounded outlet", the internet is acting like it's the worst, most dangerous hazard ever. High chance of fire, or shocking yourself or others when simply touching it, etc. I don't know where to go from here, and I don't want to be living in fear.
