Might just be my experience. What is the deal with vacation rental companies, AirBnB’s, and VRBO’s not being cleaned and maintained when new renters take over? My wife and I have rented four places in Texas - we spend a good portion of the winter here - and all of them were not cleaned. Each time it’s as if they simply change the sheets and empty garbage’s. Maybe I’m off. I’d expect toilets, and kitchens to be scrubbed. At least a deep clean with new tenants. Each place over the years we’ve been going here is filthy. Renting in Port Aransas and San Marcos.
