Jack of All, Master of None. So Where Do Freshers Fit In?

I'm seeing hiring posts for "talented students" everywhere, and honestly, some of the requirements are crazy.

Even for a 15–20k/month role, they expect proficiency in 2+ programming languages, the entire tech stack from UI to backend, Data Science/AI/ML, and of course, "excellent communication skills" lol.

If this is the expectation for entry-level roles, where are the average students supposed to go?

I'm not complaining about companies expecting skills. I understand that skills matter, and we're trying to improve every day. But shouldn't there also be opportunities for people who have the basics, are willing to learn, and just need someone to give them a chance?

Are there companies that actually hire freshers based on potential and train them while they work? I'd genuinely like to know.

Can Ramayana avoid the biggest filmmaking mistake Adipurush made?

After watching the Ramayana trailer, I couldn't help thinking about Adipurush.

I'm not comparing the two movies in terms of budget or box office, but more in terms of how they choose to present a story that almost everyone already knows.

For me the biggest challenge isn't whether Ramayana can have bigger VFX. It's whether the visuals, perfomances, music and overall tone can make the world feel believable without losing the emotional weight of the story.

Adipurush had some impressive ideas, but the visual style and execution became a bigger talking point than the story itself.

Do you think Ramayana is approaching the filmmaking differently enough, or are we going to end up having the same conversation again? What do you think is the ONE thing this film absolutely needs to get right?
