Daily nosebleeds, cause for concern?

Hello everyone, glad there is a sub for everything as I was coming to a dead end with this issue. My husband has had nosebleeds for most of his life, usually once a week or so, sometimes more when the air is dry. I’ve noticed in the past couple years that the frequency and intensity has ramped up significantly. He gets them almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. He was working a labor intensive job at one point, and had to come home early several times due to his nosebleeds and lightheadedness before getting another job that wasn’t as physically demanding.

He has brought this up several times to his doctors throughout the years however they just tell him the air is dry, use saline and send him on his way. Even when he uses saline it doesn’t do much. I admittedly didn’t believe he was actually using it so I was reminding him throughout the day, and still he was bleeding. It would help here and there but not enough to make a difference.

I’m thinking of going in with him the next time he sees his doctor, however I’m not sure what to say or ask for so he can get proper help and answers regarding this. It inhibits his life where he misses out on work, time with family, even his own hobbies as he’s sitting in the bathroom for up to 30 mins at a time dizzy and bleeding. I’m worried it could be something more serious, but of course I don’t want to think of a worst case scenario. What should I do to support my husband and ensure his doctors take this seriously?

Tortilla Chips

I recently tried Juantonio’s tortilla chips and wow. I have only eaten Santita’s white corn chips because I like a thin, almost flaky crunch where the salsa juice can get in the nooks and crannies. I’ve had so many different chips over the years and found those were the only ones that met my criteria. I’ve seen the Juantonio’s and passed on them because they looked more like homemade, thick chips and I just didn’t even pick them up. Recently tried them and feel like my entire life is a lie. Literally exactly how I like them. Thin, flaky, hold up well to salsa, good ratio of salt on them. I can squeeze lemon over them too and they don’t immediately get soggy. I had to look them up to see if anyone else felt this way, and found this sub so I have now joined because it seems I can trust you guys in here lol.

Tips for BAs

Hello, I just got offered a position to be a BA at kohl’s, I’m brand new to the company as well as being in a sales type role so I’m not entirely sure what to expect. The person who called me for an interview went over the importance of sign ups and multi world, as well as the basics. They explained combining fragrance with hair products, skincare with makeup and brushes, and that’s about all. I haven’t started training yet so I’m a little anxious about starting and signing people up. They told me I have to take the sign ups seriously as I can lose hours if I don’t get enough every time I work. I worry about upsetting people trying to convince them to sign up as I’m a little socially awkward. I do have a lot of knowledge on products, and I have a cosmetology license so I feel more confident on the product sales part of it. The sign ups are where I feel I need some tips/pointers. Thank you
