Hello everyone,

I found a reasonably priced RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB VERTO. However, the seller claims that although the card works when installed in a PCIe x16 slot, it only operates at PCIe x4. He says he purchased it in this condition and has been gaming with it without experiencing any issues. According to him, the performance loss is only around 2–5%.

Is this claim accurate? Could running an RTX 4080 SUPER at PCIe x4 noticeably affect performance, and is there any way to repair or restore it to the proper PCIe x16?

I have a Sennheiser Game One that I plug directly into the audio port on my MSI X670E Gaming Plus Wi-Fi motherboard, which has a built-in audio system based on the Realtek ALC897 codec and supported by MSI's Audio Boost technology. If I use the Jcally JM7 Max, will I notice a difference in sound quality, especially in CS2 (footsteps and sound direction)?
