Hiring: B2B Cold Caller / SDR (Remote) – ₹4 LPA

We’re looking to hire a B2B Cold Caller / SDR to help expand our global vendor network.
Location: Remote (India)
Salary: ₹4 LPA
Shift: US, Europe, or APAC (based on business requirements)
What you’ll be doing
This is not a customer sales role. Your primary responsibility is building relationships with IT hardware vendors and distributors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Cold calling IT hardware vendors across Europe and the US.
Introducing our company and explaining our procurement partnership program.
Understanding vendor capabilities, product availability, and regions they serve.
Collecting information on pricing, lead times, payment terms, warranty support, and logistics.
Qualifying vendors against our onboarding criteria.
Scheduling follow-up meetings where required.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
Working closely with the procurement team to onboard high-quality suppliers.
What we’re looking for
Excellent spoken English.
Comfortable making 60–100 outbound calls daily.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized with consistent follow-up.
Experience in cold calling, SDR, inside sales, procurement, or B2B sales is preferred, but motivated freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply.

Looking for Technical Cofounder / Head of Engineering → CTO | Cash + Equity | B2B SaaS

I’m the founder of an early-stage B2B SaaS startup helping global companies procure, deploy, retrieve, store, and manage employee laptops across multiple countries.

We are looking for a Technical Cofounder / Head of Engineering who can own the full engineering direction and grow into the CTO role.

This is not an idea-stage project.

Current traction:
- 14 paying customers
- Crossed $85K+ total revenue from Jan till date
- Small pre-seed funding received
- 16-member team
- 2 full-stack developers already working
- Customers in 6 countries
- Warehouse operations in 46 countries
- Procurement capability in 75+ countries

What we need:
- Full-time commitment
- 7+ years engineering experience
- At least 1 year managing or leading engineers
- Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Docker, GitHub, architecture, code quality, and scalable systems
- Someone who can take ownership instead of waiting for tasks

What you will own:
- Entire product architecture
- Backend and frontend engineering
- Engineering standards and code reviews
- Infrastructure and scalability
- Hiring and mentoring future engineers
- Technical roadmap with the CEO

Compensation:
- Up to ₹25 LPA CTC
- Full remote
- CTO transition after 12 months based on performance, ownership, and mutual fit
- Equity will be offered during CTO transition based on long-term commitment

Why this is interesting:
This is a very early market with only a few serious players, but the market size is large. We already have customers, revenue, and a global operating network. We are scaling faster than expected and need a strong technical leader to build the engineering foundation properly.
