Small local pharmacy vs big chain - experiences?

Anyone on stims knows the struggle. Getting a straight answer from your current chain pharmacy, getting any answer at all when you ask around others, knowing the generics and trying to get the One That Works (this year anyway). Are the small business solo pharmacies more willing/able to work with you? My doc said give it a try.

So I will. Soon. When I get a chance. Hopefully they won't make me feel like a drug addict for even asking. They didn't even answer the web email form so maybe they don't want to talk to me. But maybe it worked for you?

Wilshire quality drop - same across all strengths?

Picked up my very first scrip since being prescribed Zenzedi 20mg 2x daily. Was ecstatic to read Wilshire markets the authorized generic, totally looked forward to finally being fully functional again after so many years of med hopping

then I read this sub, and now I'm looking forward to being really upset, Wilshire has become shit apparently. But is that true across all dosages, or are some just as good as before and others became sugar pills,? The thought of not having to fight to find something worth taking for a while was pretty amazing, but it looks like I'm probably not done struggling

In this thread from last month one response said AC compressor going hard translated to his janky transmission feel. I get some really unsettling shudder in rolling traffic ~30mph when it's hot out (getting worse each summer since 2023).

Tried his advice, switched AC off on today's commute, and the shudder went away. Correlation implies causation, so does anyone know how an AC compressor can cause CVT issues, and is the fix getting them to work on my AC (again. it was absolute shit the first couple years, solved with non-pinched o-rings)

thanks for any info
