Blake Lively telling people to be kind. Maybe she should take her own advice.

Using the death of someone she hasn't even worked with (Hayden) to remind people to be kind after dragging Justin Baldoni through the mud with lies the last year and a half. She is delusional

Wallace's request regarding Blake's deposition has been referred.

I find this interesting. Im sure Blake is pissed that it wasn't just out right denied.

Just a comparison about how insane Blake and her attorney's are. Diddy paid his attorney's 8 million for a criminal case

Diddys case goes back to 2024 and actually went to trial. How are we supposed to believe that Blake defending ONE motion that was dismissed at the pleading stage cost the same amount. They're all crazy

The world is healing.

It's so nice to see people outside of this reddit bubble feel the same about Ryan Reynolds.

If lively has already paid her invoices, wouldn't that mean that she will get back whatever Justin has to pay?

If she paid them already, they're obviously not going to be double paid, does lively pocket that money or would it come off her total bill if anything remains? Sorry if that's a dumb question.

I read through the invoice as posted previously and calculated myself what I think Wayferer should pay for.

Im not doing a complete breakdown but I went through everything that mentions 47.1 and it adds up to about $150,000 which is around what NYT is asking which is reasonable. The first few pages of the invoice have nothing to do with 47.1. Also, the fact they want to charge them for a binder and tabs?? Are you joking.

If Blake files in California under 47.1, can Justin Baldoni subpoena Victoria Burke? Can she be deposed?

Her recent interviews talking about meeting blake at her home and discussing 47.1 is interesting to me. I think she would have a lot of information. It would also be beneficial to hear from the creator of the law. They should send a letter to preserve just in case she has communications. Thoughts?

Blake trying to erase the racist narrative

I can't hate her enough. I followed her for years and never remember her posting anything like this.

With talk about Blake's attorney's fees, I'm curious to see what she'll ask for. Let's do a poll

Can't wait to see what she submits. We know it will be laughable either way. She'll do it for headlines.

In order to get treble and punitive damages, Lively has to prove that Justin's suit against her caused her harm and damages.

To my knowledge and memory, she has only claimed damages from the smear campaign, not his lawsuit. (Please provide proof if I'm wrong)When asked by Liman what amount of damages, Gottlieb said that would be determined. My questions are:

#1- How is Livley going to prove job loss, reputation harm from his lawsuit when her reputation already suffered from the alleged and unproven smear campaign?

#2- In her motion for 47.1, did she attach proof or evidence that she was damaged by the defamation suit?

#3- Gottlieb said in the hearing that Blake has proved malice, have I gone mad? Where is this proof of malice?

#4- This daily mail article (behind a pay wall so I can't read it) says Blake has demanded a mini trial. Can anyone that was at the hearing confirm that? I assumed from Gottlieb saying they've proven malice that they dont want a trial for this. I followed inner city press as best as I could and I didn't catch anything that says Blake is demanding a trial for this.

Any insight would be appreciated.
