my account has been locked today and I still can't log in. I have looked in my email, including the spam folder, and I did not receive any email from Prolific.

I've consulted the Prolific help center but for the life of me I cannot find any contact information for contacting support, nor can I find a submit a request form to contact the said support.

Anyone have any tips or tricks, or can I find help here?

They expect you to be a professional narrator or voice actor, because the standard they set is insanely high for common people to achieve. The slightest small pause or slight mistake you make is a is a rejection.

One clip gets approved and the next is rejected because you have background noise but nothing changes and these two submissions were five minutes apart.

I did the exact same kind of work on the Luel.ai platform and out of 60 submissions only 2 were rejected. That says a lot about pila8.

Also Luel paid me in a reasonable amount of time. While Pila8 you have to wait quite a bit before getting the money in your bank account.

And since they keep your rejection for 7 days, nothing tells us that they will not use your clips, your recordings, to train their AI.

With the number of rejections that we all face, the pay rate is laughable and you are getting exploited and robbed.
