I wanted to get the peerless assasin se for the ryzen 9600x but its out of stock so i was wondering would a pure rock 3 be enough to cool it? And if not what cooler would be good enough

I have around 1500€ (could be a little more) to build a pc i already have a keyboard mouse headphones and a monitor with 144hz. i want to use it for all games fps, story etc. I live in poland i don`t really need it to be a certain color. Though i would like it to have a 1 tb ssd disc. thanks in advance
