Mold, water proofing, and crawl space encapsulation company suggestions

I'm looking for a company to look at the mold, address, the water, and encapsulate my crawlspace. I've done steps already in the outside of the foundation for the water, but with all the rain over the weekend, my crawlspace flooded still.

What companies have you used in the past? I don't want dirt cheap, I want good quality and honest companies.

So far healthy homes has come up, so have them coming to look at my house Monday

Reputable Solar Companies around Bloomington normal area

I've just seen a bunch of door to door sales for solar and I just don't trust them. If you got solar installed, what company did you use? And was it worth it?

My dog gives up playing fetch after a few throws

Maltese and only 4 years old

I don't know what I did to cause my dog to just not bring her toys back at all. She never used to be this way. Now I throw the toy and she goes to grab it, picks it up, drops it, and then Barks at me as if I'm supposed to fetch the toy.

I've tried just waiting and telling her to bring the toy but eventually she just gives up and goes to lay down.

On occasions she will finally bring the toy but then pulls away like it's keep away. I don't know what to do. I honestly get tired of having to throw the toy she goes to get it, barks, and drops it and then I have to go do it over and over.

How do I get her to just play fetch normally? My last dog figured out fetch in one day and always brought the toy back.

We use IT glue to document things, but I stumbled on a button called network glue. I guess it auto discovers devices on the network and also documents them and can make a visual diagram with what it finds.

Has anyone used this? Or is it not worth looking into?
