Improving beginner looking to upgrade from a Head Gravity Team, what should I try?

I’ve been playing about once a week in winter and 2x a week during summer for the past 2-3 years and I’m thinking to upgrade my current racquet.

(One of the reasons for the “upgrade” is also the fact that I want to have my current racket in my parent’s house to play when I’m there).

Looking for suggestions on what would be a good step up.

What I currently use:

Head Gravity Team (104 in² / 670 cm², ~285g unstrung, 16x19 pattern, 24mm beam, balanced slightly head-light)

It’s been a great learning frame, super forgiving, big sweet spot, easy on the arm.
But as my swing has developed I’m starting to want a bit more control and stability, especially against faster/heavier balls.
The light weight sometimes feels like it gets pushed around.

A few questions for the hive mind:

What would you consider a natural “upgrade” from the Gravity Team for someone at my level? Stay in the Gravity line (MP?) or branch out?

Should I go a bit heavier (290–300g) and/or smaller head (100 in²), or is that too big a jump for someone still improving?

Any frames you’d recommend demoing?

I play casual/club-level singles and doubles, mostly baseline with some net play.
Comfort matters to me — I don’t want anything that beats up my arm. Open to demoing a few. Thanks!

Husband here; wife is 8-9 weeks and really struggling with nausea. Looking for any and all advice

Hi everyone,

My wife is 8-9 weeks pregnant and the nausea has hit her hard. I’m trying to do everything I can but it’s tough watching her struggle, so I’m hoping some of you who’ve been through it can share what actually helped.

What I’ve tried so far: ginger bites, ice popsicles, and pregnancy-safe ginger lozenges from Amazon.
They take the edge off a little but she’s still feeling rough most of the day. My biggest worry right now is her nutritional intake, she’s struggling to have a proper meal (mainly she can have a slice of toasted bread and a bit of mash in best case scenario).

A bit of context: it’s just the two of us, no family or friends nearby for support. We both have demanding jobs but it’s manageable at this stage, and luckily I work from home, so I’ve taken over all the cooking, cleaning, and general running of the house.

A few things I’d love your thoughts on:

•	What foods actually stayed down for you when nothing sounded appealing? Bland, salty, cold, whatever — I’ll make anything.

•	Any tricks for the worst times of day (mornings, evenings, empty stomach overnight)?

•	Did anything beyond ginger genuinely help — pressure bands, B6, hydration tricks?

•	At what point should we stop toughing it out and ring the GP or midwife? I’ve read about anti-sickness medication but don’t know when it’s worth pushing for.

•	**And honestly, most importantly: please share anything you wish your partner had known or done for you during this stage.**

I’ll take everything you’ve got. Thank you so much in advance.

Credit card for car-rental deposit?

Every time I try to book a car abroad, they do not accept Amex for the deposit and it's usually a bit of a back and forth trying to convince them to accept Revolut (Debit/Mastercard).

I'm thinking to get an extra credit card (Mastercard or Visa) that will be used purely for these travel expenses when abroad.

Any suggestions?

I have a current HSBC acc + Amex + Revolut.
