Strangely during my recent visit to Bangalore last week.

I was at T1 and looking at the queues in front of lounges, I was already prepared to grab a coffee or chai from some airport outlet and proceed towards the boarding gate, although I had good 1hr 45mins at hand.

While crossing I noticed that the lift area for 080 lounge was not crowded , so thought of exploring the scene at the lounge gate.

To my surprise- few people were trying their luck with 7-8 cards but the lounge reception near to the gate was empty.

I went there - politely asked them for VIP access and I was in.

There were just 4 people inside the VIP area.

No queue.

No crowd.

No hunting for a table.

I ended up spending almost an hour inside, had a decent meal, and actually got some time to relax before my flight.

After a long time, an airport lounge experience actually felt like a lounge experience.

1.Now you can add Rupay Debit and Credit cards for Lounge access via app.

2.In HOI app careful to add card Once you added the card you can't change cardholder name even after removing it and trying to add in same of different account.

3.In Adani One you can not longer change cardholder name of saved card while booking. You can remove and add card with Different name till now.

Also TFS has been down since 2 3 days , something stricter regulations are coming

a great menu along with buffet and nice hospitality

most amazing variety of food! Indian, continental, European- everything from biryani to sausages and plenty of vegetarian options. One of my favourite is the Adani One lounge at the International airport in Mumbai (BOM)

IndiGo 6E 225 Hits VDGS Pole While Parking at Srinagar Airport

#IndiGo flight 6E 225 (VT-NOG) operating from #NaviMumbai to Srinagar was involved in an incident while being positioned at Bay No. 06 at Srinagar Airport at approximately 0902 Hrs. The aircraft came into contact with the VDGS pole during the parking process

The Damage: The aircraft's front nose section sustained damage from the impact, leading to the plane being grounded for necessary maintenance and technical inspection.

Safe Evacuation: All individuals on board were safely deboarded on the tarmac using manual aircraft stairs. No injuries

Adani Silver Lounge - Ahmedabad T2 International ✈️

The newly opened Adani Silver International Departures Lounge at T2.

Accessibility - Went around 2am and there was a queue at reception as most international departures are around midnight. Many passengers were trying multiple cards, while I was the only one using QR. QR passengers should probably get priority. 🎫

Lounge - Divided into Business Class and Cardholder sections. Cardholder section is not airside and lacks dedicated seating. It gets crowded during peak hours, with limited space for movement. Cleanliness was well maintained. 🛋️

Food - Decent spread with snacks, sandwiches, sweets, chaats and salads. Business Class has a dedicated beverage counter. Breakfast includes made-to-order dosa and other options. 🍽️

Service - Staff was quick and attentive, regularly clearing plates and providing water and beverages. 👍#AirportLounge #LoungeReview
