This is just for quickly educating anyone who is about to attend an interview, and wants to cross-check if their prospective employer is a hell-spawn.

Summarize: name of the company, what you applied for, # of rounds/assignments, what (all) went wrong, keywords of all untoward behavior.

This will remain as a permanent highlight on this subreddit for constant updates/reference.

I think they took 'non'-veg way too literally and gave me neither vegetables nor an animal that eats vegetables.

Close to 8 years of ordering. Not once have I ever raised a fake claim for a refund that I did not need or deserve. And yet despite the photos clearly showing that there absolutely no chicken pieces, I am told to email? Email? What is this, a writing exercise for me to burn my calories? First this started with "cannot resolve this after X hours because window has passed" because you had to deal with scammers, but now when I request IMMEDIATELY after I receive, I get no human response?

Only one with an already oil-pressed, crumbled husk of a brain would still wonder that "IF" I am asking for a refund. I was hungry. I debated which restaurant to buy from. I spent my time. I could have gone hungry to bed (which is what I did), but I decided to order that night, but that was the biggest mistake of my life, considering I never thought after ordering so regularly I'd be put through such bs. When my grandkids ask if I ever have had regrets in my long life, I'd say, "yes, installing Zomato." 

Zomato, more like zor-mat-do, because apparently even the slightest request for a correction is too much effort these days.

Sure, spend all of the money being saved from these refunds into researching cOnSuMer pSyChOLogY and how 'Gold' can be given at 1 rupee but money still can be earned via platform fees. 

Sure, bring in friction yourself by having me to email instead of directly reimbursing me, and then victim-blame me by saying again that some arbitrary window has passed, that Zomato is just an aggregator and not the aggravator.

I dare you to send me the most cliched response so that I am motivated to eat food right from the communal trash cans of the PGs nearby, because I am sure even those would have more chicken pieces (I mean, anything is greater than 0 after all) and would have fresher rice even after all the street dogs slobbering and having sloppy seconds all over it. 

Don't come and give me a lecture about language either. I know that you were also trained to just give me such responses, and I also know that you do have the ability to go and see that in these 8 years I have never gotten so angry. What is the point of all those cutesy notifications if you do not even have basic courtesy? 

Unless the refund is going to be a 100% of what I paid back to my source account (again do not use that coercive bs with me asking me if I want credits: y'all are so good at stealing that I am sure y'all will use all of these puns in your marketing material as well and never credit me), please do not bother.
