Conditional Offer but have pre-planned trip on the 12th to 16th

worked as a seasonal PH over winter, did really well and everyone really liked me. i’ve been applying to FedEx steadily now for months and finally got a ‘prior employee/conditional offer’ for a part time PH job back at my old warehouse. i still know most of my job but i have a preplanned trip from the 12th to 16th (Friday to Tuesday). i think ill be working later in the day so i can still do that Tuesday. will this affect my ability to land the position?

Worried about getting stuck

So I literally just graduated on Monday with my bachelors in BusAdmin with a concentration in Ops/SC. If you saw my other posts I was struggling to find an internship, I was never able to find one. I ended up going another route by working as a seasonal package handle at Fedex Ground for a bit, which did give me a lot of insight. Then, when that ended, I was approached by a former professor to work as a research assistant (until I graduated). I did that and would apply to jobs on and off (depending on how busy I was). I felt so lost a few hours after graduation.

So today, I went to an employment agency (Personnel Partners) because I just want an extremely basic warehouse job, but I am terrified of becoming stuck. Both of my parents don't have degrees, my mom is an Ultrasound Tech which doesn't really work off of 'promotions' or climbing the corporate ladder.

I also did this because while I have conceptual knowledge, I need technical and tactical knowledge to eventually end up managing processes and people. But I have no clue how to do this, and I have no one to turn to. And yeah, I don't have the job yet, but I want to go in with the game plan.

Please tell me your guys' experiences with climbing the corporate ladder and gaining knowledge over time.

Petition to allow students to leave early from graduation (especially COB)

sitting here in the sun regretting going to graduation. there are THOUSANDS of students and we are packed in like sardines. also why are they lumping in the masters grads with undergrads? that’s a completely separate milestone. they either need to allow people to leave after walking or split the graduations up even more because this is ridiculous to have so many people baking in the sun.

have y’all ever had a professor NOT tell you when the final exam was?

this professor initially came off extremely rude and condescending, he actually emailed everyone in the class twice before the semester even started (once in november and possibly december). which basically was like ‘if you don’t wanna do the work then drop the class’ okay strong but whatever, i get it. his syllabus was absurd but everybody that i talked to him said he has ‘another side’ so im like okay. but in the syllabus, specifically in the schedule portion, where the date for the final is usually put he said ‘im not giving this to you, when you’re working professionals you’ll be required to look stuff up’ which i think is kinda rude because most of the students are working….also anyone who has worked literally any type of job will know that any important dates/deadlines are almost always posted. also personally, i think this is a massive liability because it definitely opens you up to students getting the date wrong etc. guess who was one of those students! i checked multiple times and ended up literally being one row off and it changed the date by 2 days and like a few hours. idk ive just literally never had a professor who didn’t give the date. like its just a common courtesy and takes no effort at all. what do you guys think.
