2 month old vertical labret 16g 8mm implant grade titanium bump

my vertical labret in mid/early may. i babied it hard and all was well. early june i tried to change the ball myself, very much my bad. couldnt get the ball back in and it came out. slid it back in and lymph fluid dried around it which kept it in overnight so my piercer could put the ball back on. learned my lesson lol. that def irritated it hard but i babied it and didnt do shit like that again. a few weeks later i got it changed by my piercer, as went well but obv thats still trauma to it. no bump, no nothing. around then i developed a habit of curling my lip out (and in turn pushing the piercing). it took me a bit to kick, but i kicked it about a week and a half ago. around a week ago i developed a bump that has now turned into this. im gonna see my piercer on thursday, but im an anxious person and am nervous im gonna lose it. ive been using neilmed sailne spray and LITHA as much as possible for the past few days and i know it wont go away overnight, but the bump has gotten bigger. is this probs a piercing bump? am i cooked? any tips for the rest of my lips in regards to the saline, just put some aquaphor on my lips (obv avoiding piercing itself) before spraying the saline?

thanks in advance (pics really cropped bc last time i posted somewhere abt a piercing people focused more on my acne then the actual question sry)

customer vent @ closing

dear customer who just ignored 6 closing announcements and insisted on grabbing one last thing, fuck u lmao

i was so gracious to let u check out anyway cuz ur nice and this has never happened with you before. u didnt have that many items and know how to use the uscan, so again i let u do it. im rushing to close bc ive had a busy day and just barely caught up to my closing duties. u then try to haggle prices with me. at this point the store has been closed for 4 minutes and if i stop closing now ill clock ot, so i tell you whatever it rings up as is what it is and if its wrong you can come back tomorrow. you got mad but kept scanning. im cleaning my last register (barring yours bc you are being selfish) and you try to haggle the price of that same item AGAIN. you havent pressed pay now even though we have this convo daily that you have to press pay now for your discounts. you get mad at me even though ive told you i have to go home and im waiting on you to leave so i can too, and insist i take the item off. you then check out and as you're leaving, goes to put another item you didnt want on my podium, but instead of putting it there you instead look in my bag to see the purchase i made as if thats where that item should go. you then insist you'll come back early next time, but you never do. you usually come 10 to closing, this time 5.

fuck u for being an ass and abusing my kindness

grammar bad 8 hour shift long goodnight and fuck u sir i hope u leave a bad review about me i truly hope u do

LF niche customer service advice

ive been learning customer service for about a week and a half. around 2 weeks to fully get it down before im alone for 3 days. i know all the basics and have a notebook that i write ANYTHING and EVERYTHING i could possibly think of in. i know the basics, WU, lotto, refunds, etc. what are more niche things you wish you knew when you started? i quickly learned some of the common scammers for WU and got to watch someone switch cards for a large money order and was able to catch that, but i feel like there are really niche things ive not got to experience in my training and im a bit nervous lol

very irritated vertical labret help

hi! i got my vertical labret one month ago. yesterday i went to the piercer and changed jewelry, all was well. i didnt really like the colours but didnt realise until i got home. this next part is very stupid, i admit, and i learned my lesson big time. i had some spare ends that fit that would match my septum, so i undid the ball of the vertical labret to switch (hands cleaned and wearing gloves, etc etc) and couldnt get it back on, lol!!! the jewelry then fell out. i was able to carefully get it back in, but could not get the ball on and irritated the fuck out of it trying. i eventually gave up and was very lucky that the lymph fluid dried around it and held the jewelry in place over night until i could get into my piercer to get it put back on.

yes i was stupid yes i learned my lesson

its pretty irritated now and a little swollen, am i going back to acting like this is a fully fresh piercing? before i put the jewelry back in i sprayed it with saline, is it likely to get infected? my lip feels fine outside of the light swelling and it being a bit sore, nothing like it was when i first got it pierced. it didnt bleed at all, just lymph fluid. should i be keeping an eye on it rejecting now that i fucked with it?

for added context, my piercer said it looked ok and it would be sore and there is a possibility of an irritation bump.

was told it didnt need a downsize and i was good (8mm)
titanium jewelry
clean carefully with sterile saline and i let warm water rinse over it in the shower
