Just had to share these cute photos of my girl. She just loves to lay on her back sometimes!!! Anyone else fold do this?

I am going to contact my vet but wanted to post on here for any insight. I got home from work and she was acting normal, playing with our other cat, sitting around while I do laundry, just being her normal self really. We have a couch that she does like to go behind often too. Nothing unusual happened, I was doing my home workout (just a Pilates YouTube video so no sounds or anything that could’ve frightened her) and she walked behind the couch which she DOES do typically. I finished my video and I noticed she was behind the couch still, so I let her be. So from 4pm-6pm I observed her being totally fine. After that, I went on my computer to play some games until 9:50pm. She usually will eventually come over to me when I’m at my computer and lay on my desk. I did check on her around maybe 8pm since she didn’t to see what she was up to, she came out behind the couch and I sat and pet her for a little and walked back, she didn’t follow. Once I got off, I went and noticed she was still behind the couch just laying there. I peaked over to her and she just laid there looking at me, no meow which is strange to me because she can be vocal. I lured her out with a toy but she would only come out a little and not play with it, just stare and kind of look in the distance like she was scared to go beyond the living room ( which is what I’m trying to lure her to do in the first part of the video) I almost got her out but she wouldn’t keep coming and she LOVES churos and will chase me down for one. So I picked her up and carried her to my office and shut the door because she kept trying to run behind the couch which is so unusual. She finished her churro, drank water, and used the litter box no problem so thankfully doesn’t seem blocked up. But she still is sniffing everywhere like crazy and scared to leave this room and I have NO idea what happened. It’s like she is totally different and scared of everything and it’s freaking me out. She keeps sniffing everything too!!! Has anyone experienced this??? :( I also want to add there’s been no change in environment, smell or anything. She’s letting our other cat go up and sniff her so I know it’s not an issue between them either. My only guess is maybe some loud sound happened I didn’t hear to spook her but she normally comes out within 30 minutes if something like that happens. I’m clueless!!
