automatically considered irreg na ba 'pag may back subject?

based on the 2019 student handbook, a student is considered regular if they carry the full load required in their current given semester, while a student is considered irregular if they have a back subject. So if a student fails a subject without it affecting their ability to enroll on the next semester with full load, are they considered a regular or an irregular student?

do i still have a chance in passing jlss?

just found out that I failed one of my subjects in my 2nd term, and I'm so convinced that I'm not passing this scholarship because of that. But I still want to know if their "no failed subject" only applies to the first part of the application before the exam or nah. I'm really just coping here, but if there are any people who passed even though they had an F in their post-exam requirements, that'd be a huge copium for me. tyia

number suddenly unable to be detected

my gcash account suddenly was unable to be detected when someone was trying to send my money so I opened it and it says, "something went wrong" for a few attempts. I tried to reinstall it, turn on airplane mode for 30s then tried to open it again only to find that I can't open my account anymore. When I tried to put the otp needed for the login, it prompts me to make a new account like it was never there. How do I fix this? I had money in there too :((

reduced allowed credit in the portal

hello, so i failed a minor subj this sem (my first F) but I noticed that my allowed units for the next enrollment got reduced by 3. I'm confused since it says that I should only receive a warning and it is those who failed 2 subjects that gets their load reduced by 3. is this a bug or what :(

clarification of regular and irregular standing

hello, I just want to ask if a student is immediately considered an irregular if they failed a subject even if the subject isn't a pre-requisite, and doesn't exceed the 15% of the total credited units for the said semester. because I had a classmate who failed a subject with the same situation but is still tagged as a regular in the portal, but the handbook says that an irregular student is someone who has a back subject. if so, how come the portal still tagged him as a regular? tyia.

passport photo

i forgot to edit my name and e-signature in my passport photo, is this ground for disqualification or is it possible that they'll just email me to resubmit the deficiencies before issuing a test permit?
