Fios available next door, but not at my address, FAST ticket request

Hello, I am having a situation where I'm getting conflicting information. I am trying to get FIOS set up at my apartment, and I spoke with a Verizon technician who was outside servicing a nearby street to see if it was available in the area. He said it was, and that I should call. He let me take a screenshot of his work devices' 'facilities' tab, where it shows service at my address and next door.

When I go to set up Fios at my address, it only offers 5g, but next door is Fios ready. Can we figure this out and get Fios at my building? I spoke with my landlord about it, and he is willing to make any adjustments to the building to make it possible.

Speed dating event for gamers next month @ Wonderville in Bushwick.
