WHERE IS THE FOOD!?

I truly feel that I may die of starvation as the food I have tried thus far has been severely disappointing.

I don’t want to go into full detail but I will tell you where I’ve eaten so far:

Sea Captain’s House 5.5/10 ⭐️
Bigfoot Pizza 6/10 ⭐️
The Barrel Sports Bar n Grill 7/10 ⭐️
Swig and Swine 7.7/10 ⭐️
Toffino’s Pizza 8/10 ⭐️
Crow’s Nest (Compass Cove) 6.5/10 ⭐️

I’m being generous with these ratings. I’m not a picky eater at all. I eat all types of foods and cuisines. I just need the quality and flavor to drastically improve from what I’ve experienced so far.

Where is my money best spent?

I do my best to support local restaurants so please try to avoid big box restaurant suggestions.

Thank you!!

Who shops at Apothecarium anymore?

Was driving by Apothecarium in Lodi and Hashery in Hackensack (in that order) as I usually do when passing through RT 17 South and I noticed APC’s parking lot looked super dead. I honestly had to pull it up on google to see if they were even open. They were open. I drive 10 seconds down the road and Hashery has a tent set up, cars in the drive-thru, people walking in and hanging in the parking lot. I was able to witness all of that in under 30 seconds.

It really begs the question–who shops at APC anymore? I’m truly asking as I have other shops closer to me so I don’t shop at APC or Hashery often but with all the sales Hashery is constantly running, and the more convenient location, etc, can APC even eat at that table?

If you do shop at APC over Hashery, why?

Edit: Apothecarium of Lodi*

How would I frame this?

Hey guys, not a construction guy myself–just know my way around the basics.

I’m having this deck built in my yard and wondering if I can make use of the space below and have a shed built into it. I’d like to put it under the taller portion of my deck which is going to be about 8.5’ off the ground I believe. The footprint would be roughly 18.5’x15.5’ but I can make that smaller, that’s just the footprint underneath the upper portion.

I’m wondering how would they frame the shed considering I have the deck overhead? Bear in mind, I intend to have it built freestanding.

Thanks!
