deema , taly or tabby for first purchase (please read 1st)?

I'm trying to buy a laptop through installments and tried to use tabby and then I got surprised by the fact that I would have to pay most of the price upfront since this is my first purchase through them

so now I found another reseller that has other companies sharia installments
deema and taly
so which one of these would just let me install on four months
I dont really mind if I have to pay a little extra as insurance
price of laptop is approx. (470 KD)

is this laptop good for 1500usd or is there a better deal ?

Country: Kuwait

Budget: 1620$ (500 Kwd )

Use Case: 40%Gaming(all types of games) , 60% coding and some video and photo editing

Preferred Specs: I just want the best bang for the buck , will be going to my uni 3 days min with it which is like a total of 2 hour transportation , something like 3-4 hours of battery life would be nice

notes: this one is for 450kwd which is approximately 1470 usd

Specs are shown in the photo

screen is ips 240hz as I cant find something oled(not that its that important to me honestly) with good specs in that price range (which supports tabby)

also something I really like about this model is that it has a single 24gb ram so I can upgrade it to 48

are there any other options that might be better

please if u have any links to better deals in Kuwait that supports tabby send them

if not just share ur opinion 😄

Notes: check picture added since this is one of the very few good deals I can find (377kwd, 1225usd) , but I've seen a lot of problems with hp omens so im hesitant, and if you have any better recommendations with links (hopefully supports tabby) share them PLEASE
