if anyone cares:

mikhail (my oc) worked under Kouyo before switching to Ace, this probably happened while she was captured during uh lowkey don't remember when but yeah.
He would mostly feel indifferent towards her, would for sure hate being ordered around to
wish we knew more about her relationship with Ace tho, definition of wasted potential
but imo it was clear that they showed disdain towards each others but i don't think they actually full on hated each others either umh..
