CB Radio for dummies?

Was wondering if there was a definitive guide online for someone who does not know jack shit about cb radios or radios in general. My dad was telling me about how when he was a kid in the 70s-80s him and my uncle had a CB in their room that they used to talk to truckers, so I thought it would be funny to put one in my Corolla. Don't know what I'd do with it, but I think zoomers like me learning how to operate and use analog tech is a useful skill in general.

Parents gave me the total for my student debt to them. Wtf do I even do now (semi rant)

I owe my parents, as of an hour ago, $40,908 dollars.

For backstory I am one of five kids. We each had a college fund that would cover our schooling, rent, and groceries to a certain amount, anything over that we had to pay our parents back.

I owe 20 grand less than one of my sisters because I did two years of community college before two and a half at a four year university, but after rent(expensive area where even splitting an apartment cost a grand), utilities, and my parents loaning money for groceries over the course of four years, my mom handed me a bill for 41,008 dollars.

I'm kicking myself. I was a fatass with spending problems and deeply mentally unhealthy my first year away from home, so I was overeating without thought as to how I'd pay it back later. I didn't lock in until my last semester and a half and dial it back. I wish I'd found friends somehow to split a house with instead of letting my parents put me up in a student apartment. I wish I'd been able to find a job earlier so I could practice more financial responsibility. I wish I hadn't been so mentally unwell while applying to colleges and planned better and not been so behind when it came to being an independent adult(I am moderate autistic, and have only begun to be able to "catch up" to my peers in the past year).

If it weren't for this debt I'd be fine. I drive a little corolla that I owe no money on and is great on gas even in this current environment. Two of my friends and I are moving in a month into a house in a less expensive area that cost each of us less than 500 a month, after the rent is divided up. Utilities will be manageable too. We're talking about pooling on staple groceries. My credit score is very good, I am proud of it considering I am developmentally disabled and was financially illiterate for so long, I pay my card off every month. I should be set. But I work a very low income job and just sent my parents 100 dollars towards a mountain of money and I feel so overwhelmed.

I can't use my education award from Americorps to pay them back because they're my parents, not a financial institution or a college. I can't work for the federal government for a certain amount of years to get my debt forgiven for the same reason. They said they aren't charging us kids interest, but later said they'd like us to pay it off as soon as possible, so I am worried they'll go back on that. I should feel fortunate that they were willing to loan us that kind of money so we could focus on school. I am spoiled in comparison to a lot of kids who had to pay for their school and rent themselves working full time around classes. But I still feel just ill.

EDIT: I graduated college this past December. I left for my job, a seasonal Americorps conservation crew, in February. They did not tell me how much I owed them until today.

So how does fat redistribution even work?

Might sound odd to some but I sort of like being a bigger guy - not as fat as I am currently, I'd like to get down to around 215 lbs, but I like being burlier and having physical presence as opposed to how frail I looked before developing a binge eating disorder(which I have since largely beat and am 40+ lbs down from). Much prefer being a bearcub to being a twink.

The main things that bother me about my current weight (approx. 235 lbs) are my double chin and the sheer size of my hips and ass. If I held fat like a cis man (and could grow a beard), I would still want to drop a bit more weight for the good of my health (and vanity's sake), but wouldn't be as dysphoric about and outright disgusted with my appearance.

I've heard extremely mixed reviews on fat redistribution on T. Does existing fat in feminine areas really gradually burn on its own while anything new sits in the belly, or am I just stuck with massive fat stores there unless I slim all the way down? Does T make losing fat in those areas easier since there's now more testosterone than estrogen in the body? Or does any of it genuinely move?

23, just hit a month on T, working on losing weight. Is there anything more I can do aside from be patient

I am Southern and work and spend most of my time outdoors hence my fashion choices. If anyone has binder reccomendations for guys with manual labor jobs I would really like to know - chest is very visible and I unfortunately can't be shelling out 20 bucks for a new roll of trans tape every week...I sweat that stuff off like crazy. I tuck my shirts in for work usually because of ticks and not wanting to snag on equipment. Can't tell if it's doing my hips favors or not.
