HELP! My doctor is scaring me.😩
I’m looking for thoughts on my early pregnancy numbers:
This pregnancy happened by accident, so we don’t know exactly when I ovulated or implanted. We only realized when my period was a week late so we don’t have insight on when I really would have had my first positive test.
8/8: hCG 434 | P4 32.6 | E2 798
8/10: hCG 650 | P4 78 | E2 869
8/13: hCG 1,193 | P4 89.2 | E2 696
My doctor is being extra cautious and brought me in Thursday to check for an ectopic, but instead we saw an intrauterine gestational sac with a clear decidual reaction measuring 3 mm.
They estimated me around 5w1d, but they are basing that only on the fact that we had sex on July 15th.
I’m having normal symptoms with mild abdominal and back cramps. I had the tiniest spot of brown that likely was only visible because I wiped. Nothing feels alarming.
Doc gave me a 50/50 chance of a live birth, which obviously scared me. A lot of people I’ve talked to seem to think my numbers/measurements are completely fine this early, so I’m curious what others think or if anyone has had a similar experience.
It’s my first pregnancy after trying for 3 years, so I’m a ball of anxiety.❤️
