Anyone they know for sure they communicate with the Holy Spirit if so how do you know it’s the Holy Spirit and not yourself ? I’ve been trying but I don’t know if it’s me or the Holy Spirit thanks 🙏

I was doing body electric meditation was deep in meditation then my whole body felt a intense electric sensation I felt like I started levitating I was up in the air above my bed with a intense electrical feeling through my whole body fully conscious, and for some reason I was trying to roll off the bed maybe because I had read that that’s how you go into a lucid dream. After a while of levitating I slowly transitioned into a dream and slowly became Less conscious . Also I was trying to remove my AirPods out of my ear and my hand kept going through my head .
