Would a crit dmg 4 cost be better since rate is at 93? Also, besides trying to get more atk%, any other change needed? Using 5 wishes of quiet snowfall and sig

Usually I'm good at planning my pulls, but at the moment Im kinda lost. Feels like im too far off to make new teams and the old (1.x) chars are just useless.

All I got in 3.x was Mornye and Iuno. I was saving for the collab but what kuro did is close to make me drop the game or at least didnt pull for lucy and becca at all (unless they are really good t0 super resonators).

I wanted Lucilla, but she is a Hiyuki partner (I liked her but its the same "saving for the collab" problem, also would need Chisa). I didn't liked Aemeath, so feels like isn't worth it to get Lynae or Denia (and I'm happy playing Iuno with Augusta). Not sure if Ciaconna would make Carte a lot better (and also would need Chisa). And other options I take Mornye/SK from gal/zani teams.

At last, its not terrible for now. Just unsure on what LC should I use on huo huo. Is the 4 energy from shredded feeling even worth it? My quid pro quo is only at S2

Planar set from synth. Head and boots from regular farming. The body and gloves from the event and are the worst ones lol. Last time I was able to get a WTF score firefly, that time nothing good. And all 3x planar straight to trash :(
