He is reliable, hardworking and willing to learn. Ideally, he would like to find a full-time position in Bratislava or nearby.

HEY! I am struggling to find how many calories I can eat during day to loose weight.
I am 29 years old female, 173cm and 76kg. I have 2 jobs and in both of them I have to be very active. I also go to gym at least 3times a week. And my problem is that many people told me I can be okay with 1800-2000kcal but some people told me 1200-1400kcal is ideal for me. What do you think? I don’t need to loose too much. For my health I am not that overweight so I want to loose few pounds and get little more fit. Also I prefer going slow and take time but get more permanent habits for my lifestyle then getting my “dream” body fast and get fatter again after time

I need some advice because I am starting to feel like I don’t know how to move on. I am F \\\[29\\\] My whole life I feel big attraction to Asian men and since my country is not that interracial it’s difficult for me to find love. I was only dating white men before and I feel only physical attraction to them but I never was really happy deep inside. It leads to situations when I was other my ex boyfriend on date and some AMWF couple goes around us I felt bit anxious and my mood went down. I don’t know how to change my mindset. Many times I try to convince myself it’s just fetishising and nothing more but deep down I know I would be unhappy with white man. Do you think it will chance after I meet right while guy or should I stay single until I don’t find anyone who would make me feel love?
