Can I make my protein shake the night before?

My shake consists of cream, protein powder, and some frozen fruit. I just started a new job that gets me up very early in the morning - before my hubby. I don't want to disturb him using the stick blender so is there any reason I CANNOT make the shake the night before?

ETA: I didn't think I NEEDED to say it would be refrigerated overnight. Guess maybe I did??

Double Mastectomy without implants - recovery time

I am finally moving forward on my boob removal!

I am a 20 yr bc survivor. Had a lumpectomy on the right boob and went through chemo & radiation. Afterwards I put on about 50 lbs and my left boob got huge - at least twice the size of the other.

Was trying to get a reduction but the surgeon said they couldn't do anything with my right boob due to scar tissue so I went and talked with a mastectomy surgeon and she said it was doable.

I know everyone is different but I need to get a basic idea of how long my husband will need to take off work to take care of me and the dogs (who are big and like to jump up on us - which I will be working on).

Thanks!

Let's see your raw fed babies!!

I thought it might be nice to have a post just for pictures of our raw fed animals. Dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, ferrets, mink - whatever you have!!

The first picture is my original pack. They were switched to raw mid-life. The German Shepherd on the right (laying down), Tessa, developed Immune Mediated Arthritis after being seriously over-vaccinated. Back then I fostered dogs with health issues and the shelter vet told me to vax my dogs every 6 months to be safe. I, being the uneducated owner back then, believed them and it cut Tessa's life very short. After her dx, because she was in so much pain she wouldn't eat, the vets put her on large doses of steroids. After doing research on joint issues in dogs I learned about how carbohydrates can aggravate joint problems. More research brought me to raw. She thrived on raw but the steroids had already done too much damage.

The second picture is my current pack. Sriracha, the Chinese Crested Puff (shaved for the summer) is 2nd generation raw weaned and raised while the other two - Peaches the American Bully (L) and Melly the Pibble (R) were switched to raw when we brought them home at 8 weeks.

We have a Core that is infected but we have been over it many times and cannot find the source of infection. We can't take it down and it constantly get swarmed with bugs.

Anyone else encounter this?
