I want to join but I need help training

I am 17yr old male, 6ft 1, 184lbs and am looking to join caf infantry next year or the year after.
I am currently pretty fit, not jacked, but pretty fit.
I ride my bike almost every day for miles and have pretty good stamina for having light asthma.
I can do a couple of pull ups but I need to work on doing more.
I can do push ups easily and I can do at least 50 sit ups in one go.
I also work out regularly but my bench is only 150lbs.
My legs are very good and I am a fast runner and sprinter.
I’m am in very good health and almost never get sick and when I do not badly.
I am just curious what I should train like before I get in?
I’ve been looking online but haven’t found much info on it.
What are the most valuable skills to learn and what can I work on?
Also I don’t just want to pass the physical test, I want to exceed the minimum by a lot.

I want to join marines but my education might impede my recruitment, are there any work arounds?

This is my second post about joining marines as a Canadian. I think I figured out how to actually become a us citizen with a green card quickly but I have another complication. My parents are the type of Christians that thought public school was evil so they homeschooled me “traditionally.” Now what “traditionally” means is that they didn’t go through an official school curriculum and that ended with me not getting high school credits. In turn I am now unable to get a full highschool diploma as a Canadian youth. I did however complete and do a diploma exam (and passed) math pre cal and am doing physics 20 right now and doing as many official point collecting courses I can. Despite all this I won’t be able to get a full diploma. I am extremely angry with my parents for this as it affects my life greatly. I do have courses to be able to get a collage diploma because they allow people to do that at least here in Canada. Am I screwed for getting into marines? I’m not dumb btw lol, I have done the work so much so that I’ve never had a summer off in my life without school. Is there a work around?

Idk how but I want to join marines

I’m am a 17 year old Canadian.
I have always been interested in the military and am going to join.
I am perfectly fine joining the caf infantry but tbh I’d much rather join the marine corps.
I really want to become a us citizen eventually either way because I lean towards the us government rather than the Canadian government (people have gotten angry at me for saying that before, I am not trying to be offensive, that’s just my opinion.)
My dad is supportive of the idea but we don’t know if I can even get in while I’m young enough to join.
I don’t have family in the USA and I don’t know if it’s even possible.
If you have any ideas they would be appreciated.
