Best Things Happening in Windsor (and Around NOCO) This Weekend (May 15–18)

One local thing Saturday morning, and a big regional weekend if you're up for some short drives. (Please add any Windsor events in the comments. I'm always looking for new Windsor specific event sources!!!

Saturday in Windsor:

Treasure Island Demonstration Garden Clean-Up, 9am–noon. Community volunteers, good cause, get your hands in the soil before the season really hits.

Worth the drive this weekend:

Loveland: 

Venardos Circus at Centerra all weekend. Sunday playoff hockey at Blue Arena — Eagles vs. Coachella Valley, Calder Cup Game 3, 6:05pm.

Fort Collins: 

Foodie Walk through Old Town Friday night (5–8pm). 

Larimer County Farmers Market Saturday morning. 

Magic Sunset Series at Magic Rat Sunday afternoon.

Bellvue: 

Head for the Hills at the Mishawaka, Saturday night. 20th anniversary of Pickin' on the Poudre, original lineup.

Saturday:

Greeley Farmers' Market at Lincoln Park, 8am–noon. Full spring stride. Go early for the good stuff.

Loveland's got a full card this weekend. Here's the short list:

All weekend: 

Venardos Circus is set up at Centerra — no animals, real skill, boutique touring production. Worth checking out with or without kids.

Friday: 

Summer Kickoff at Loveland Yards kicks off the season. 

LoCo Country at Tom Davis Saloon starts at 8pm if you want a proper Friday night.

Saturday:

HPEC Restoration Ecology class runs 9am–noon — free, and useful if you want to understand what's happening to the land around you. 

VOC is doing farm prep with Loveland Youth Gardeners the same morning. 

Flattop Rider Trio plays Loveland Aleworks 6–8pm. 

Timberline Liquor is doing a mystery allocation draw at 3pm for rare bottles.

Sunday: 

Flavors de Mayo Foodie Walk runs 3–6pm through downtown — Latin-inspired food and drink at local spots. 

And playoff hockey: Colorado Eagles vs. Coachella Valley Firebirds

Calder Cup Game 3 at Blue Arena. Doors at 5, puck drops at 6:05. Get loud.

Another big weekend, FOCO. Here's what's happening:

TONIGHT (Friday): 

The Fort Collins Foodie Walk runs 5–8pm through Old Town. Walkable, local restaurants, no reservation needed. Good way to start a Friday.

Algorhythm (members of Stick Figure and SOJA) at the Aggie at 7pm. If you're a reggae fan, you know this one.

Saturday: 

The Larimer County Farmers Market is back at 200 W. Oak, 9am–1pm. Go early. 

Aaron Foster "Mostly Jokes" at Bas Bleu at 8pm if you want a proper Saturday night out.

Sunday: 

The Fort Collins Symphony is doing an intimate chamber concert at 2pm. 

Larimer Chorale has a French choral program at CSU at 4pm. 

And if Sunday afternoons need a little rescued, Magic Sunset Series with Alfredo Muro at Magic Rat starts at 1:30pm.
