Helping my husband

I’ve gone from 250lbs to 135lbs in the last 5 years by walking and strength training at home. My husband has tried working out with me before but I’ve been doing this for years so I’m more advanced than he is and he ended up stopping. We are now experimenting with peptides and he is now on a low dose of triz and wants to start working out again. What are some good standard workouts or plans I can get him on? His primary goal is upper body and back as he works construction and needs to build his strength, his legs are already strong due to standing and walking most days for work. He also has a back issue, he has a herniated disc and he’s been told by the doctors to strengthen his back. My workout experience is so different, I’m more focused on lower body and abs than upper so it’s just hard for me to help him with a plan for his needs and he has zero knowledge to make his own plan.

Is this normal?!?

I got mn done last night at a Medspa and woke up this morning to all these little white heads. Is this normal? My skin honestly looks worse than it did before my treatment. She sent me home with 2 serums from SkinCeuticals Cell Cycle Catalyst and Phyto A brightening moisturizer and they both burn when I used them this morning as directed.

Will microneedling help?

I have always had slight redness and larger pores and decided to try Niacinamide serum from the ordinary, used it once a week and found out after a month of using that I’m allergic to niacinamide. This was a year and a half ago and I’m left with texture and scars on my cheeks due to the hives. Would microneedling be a good step to help heal this? I’ve tried azelaic acid and have been using retinol 3 nights a week for a year.
