On Yoto’s website. Are they likely to restock?

Homeschooling my 4yo and looking for ideas to include in our lesson plans to some might deem ‘woke.’ Looking for ideas and resources! I’m thinking feminism, black history, gender/sexuality, etc.

I met a mom (stranger to me) at the park today. She brought her two daughters with her to the playground and sat down near me. My son was off playing on the slides. 1 o’clock on a Monday and no one else was there. She made a comment about how we must be the only moms with kids who don’t go to public school. I replied that my son is starting pre-k this coming fall. She said she tried sending her kids to public school but “with the way the world is now” she has since homeschooled them. She made some other vague, but negative remarks about public school.

I’m curious, what do people mean when they say that? I’ve definitely heard it from other moms in the past and I suspect everyone has a different reason for homeschooling but specifically I’m wondering why the public school hate? I’m in a red state btw.
