I’m looking for a good face wash to use after being out all day, especially since I usually have light makeup on. I remove my makeup first with an oil cleanser, and then want a face wash that properly cleanses my skin without being too harsh.

I also get occasional pimples. For the past few months, I’ve been using The Derma Co 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Face Wash, and honestly, it worked really well for calming my pimples and keeping things under control. I’ve run out now and I’m wondering whether I should simply repurchase it or try something different.

CeraVe and Cetaphil are unfortunately too expensive for me, so I’m looking for something around ₹300 or less.

Would love recommendations for:

- A good everyday cleanser for after makeup/oil cleansing

- Something that can help with occasional pimples

- Preferably not overly drying or stripping

- Available in India and under ₹300

Should I stick with the Derma Co BP face wash since it worked well, or are there other affordable options worth trying? Would love to hear what has actually worked for you!

My qualifications are Masters in History. I appeared for the UGC NET exam held in December 2025, and cleared it for the posts of Assistant Professor and PHD. However, I missed the JRF Scholarship by 2 marks.

I have been thinking of appearing again for UGC NET in the coming June 2026 session for the same.

Just to clarify, during both the times while selecting the option about what criteria I am applying for in the registration form, i selected all three - PhD, Assistant Professor, and JRF Scholar.

However I have a doubt - will the results of my June 2026 session invalidate the results of the December 2025 session? Or, if (god forbid) I don't do so well in this June 2026 session , can I still use the score from my December 2025 session to apply for a PhD and Assistant Professor?

Please clarify.

I am usually a confident person, but recently my friend clicked a photo of mine in which my underarms were visibly dark. And moreover, the same has been pointed out by my mother several times.

It's not like I have extremely dark underarms, just slightly dark. Do you have any suggestions for how to reduce this pigmentation?

I have previously tried various roll-ons which claimed to lighten this pigmentation, but no use. I have been thinking of using alum now. Do you guys have any suggestions for this?

Quick question about writing field data analysis for a research paper.

When reporting results, do you usually include both percentages and actual respondent numbers for every category? For example:

“47.3% (52 respondents) rated ‘Excellent’, 50.9% (56) ‘Good’, 20% (20) ‘Bad’ etc.”

Or is it okay to mention the actual number just once (for the main category) and then stick to percentages for the rest?

I have at least 20 questions’ worth of data to analyse, so I’m worried it’ll start sounding really repetitive. I’ll also be including pie charts and graphs to present the data visually, so I don’t want the written part to feel redundant.

I’m trying to keep the analysis clear without making it too cluttered—what’s the usual/best practice?
