Spokes replacement for Black Inc 48/58?

No availability except from Factor/BI themselves? I guess it's not an every day request but I didn't think they would need to dropship from the factory in Taiwan...

Shout out to Rapha Online Customer Service - Great Experience

Honestly, this will probably keep me as a customer but I just had a great interaction with customer service. I was working with them on a warranty repair from a purchase from May 2025

I had gotten the Pro Team III bibs before they raised the price to $350 and they offered to completely replace the bibs. I asked if a voucher was an option and they provide a voucher for the full amount to re-purchase the bibs.

Great service and of course I now spent more money on the sale with them to buy other stuff...

Where to report shit like this?

They posted this video on Instagram. Dude is a tourist from Germany staying in LA. This shit is unacceptable

EDIT: CHP & LASD tip line here for anyone wanting to put a stop to this BS. I suggest writing a report, they won’t do anything unless everybody does.

Edit 2: I reached out to the rental company and they informed me he is no longer allowed to rent from them. They said they’ve been in business for 10 years and this is the first time they’ve had something like this happen.

Are people aware Santa Monica airport general aviation planes use leaded gasoline? That we have leaded gasoline falling from the sky from hundreds of takeoffs overhead / day? That the largest contributor of lead pollution in the country today is leaded gasoline from general aviation?
