Can someone help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
I got a Yamaha YST-SW45 Subwoofer to connect to the Denon AVR-2801 receiver I have. I feel like a moron but I'm not sure how to get it hooked up? Sub won't let me upload more than one image, but I've got the red RCA in the "subwoofer" port on the Denon which goes to the RCA inputs on the Yamaha. Are they not compatible with each other?

Is this receiver any good for audio? I need something with subwoofer support and my Sony STR-DE197 doesn't have that. Going with B&W DM601 speakers.

Who/Where can I go to for light/simple woodworking?
I have a desk top that I'd like to have cut a bit and thickened with some cheap plywood or whatever, but I can't really find anyone who does that kind of thing. Anyone have recommendations, preferably on the west side?

I was given a pair of B&W DM601s - are these good?
All I currently have is a pair of Edifier R1280Ts on my desk, but I was given these DM601s. They're huge - too big for my desk I think. I also got a Sony STR-DE197 receiver with them that I need to figure out how to set up. Just wanna see if this was a good pickup!

Got a little too addicted to the game.
Three Leap V2s, a V1 highback, an Amia and a Zody.
Surprisingly I'm not the biggest fan of any of them, but coming from a shitty A-site chair I guess it's taking time to adapt.

Is this a realistic possibility?
I have a standard rectangular standing desk and I REALLY miss my L desk.
Someone is selling a top from an IKEA Bekant, and I'd love to be able to take it and put it on my current desk base.
My question is if it will still be sturdy and safe, considering there will be about 2ft of unsupported overhang. I would NOT put anything heavy on it, just plates, drinks, books etc. Just want the utility of it back!

The armrests are bubbled like shit and the padding is coming both off and apart, but I figure I could take it to Crandall. All of the mechanicals work perfectly though.
Now I have an Amia, Leap V1 and V2 - if anyone has questions feel free to ask! 6'2 195lb

It's an old chair so it's a little grimy down there.. I noticed that the lever side of the seat depth won't adjust, and it seems like it's stuck and I can't get it to move. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
