Direct bus from Rize to Batumi?

Has anyone taken a direct bus from Rize to Batumi? I saw it being sold, but I couldn’t find any reviews on it.

North-South border crossing

I am aware that it is illegal to enter South Cyprus through the airport in the North, in case if you want to leave from South, but what happens if you enter through North and leave through North? So are the ones who enter from North aren’t allowed to cross the internal border?
I also read that the visa is only required for the external entry(i require a visa to enter South) but for the inner-border crossing it is not needed?
The reason why I am asking is not because I don’t want to get a visa, but because I don’t have a Cyprus embassy in my country of residence. In order to apply, I’d have to travel to Beijing and apply through the embassy in China…and live there for a month to get my passport back :/

Was anyone denied entry at the airport in Georgia for tourism?

I am an Uzbekistan citizen but I am Korean (saying it cuz I look really asian) want to visit Tbilisi for a week this summer, I will be with my boyfriend who is a Macedonian citizen. We are both visa-free, but I have read some stories about being refused entry upon arrival, which made me nervous. We will be in Turkey for 2 weeks and we wanted to visit Georgia from there. We were also considering Batumi... Anyway, I felt like the majority of these stories had to do with people protesting/ being involved in certain activities or some of them were students, so they had different reasons for travel. Ours is just simply tourism, considering we have a return ticket to Turkey + the ticket to Korea from Turkey + the insurance, can we still get denied? I have a residency in Korea.

I mean, I realize that it is simply up to the immigration officer, but I am actually trying to figure out if some people got denied entry without any reasoning? In some of the stories they did not have insurance or return tickets and I feel like this is a big factor too. I also mostly see that these posts are dating 2025, so there isnt much stories like this since 2026.

Georgia Airport immigration risks?

Me and my partner are planning to travel to Tbilisi this summer.
He is a citizen of Macedonia that lives in Germany, I am a citizen of Uzbekistan that lives in Korea (my ethnicity is Korean though.)
We are both visa-free, We will have round trip tickets and hotels paid out. We will only stay for 12 days.
His flight is from Germany, while mine is from Korea with a 1 day layover in China (idk if this is relevant).
I have read numerous posts and I saw videos about people getting denied entry, despite having everything. I speak English and Russian so I will be able to explain myself if needed, but I don’t know if we should take the risks, if there’s a possibility of us being denied.
Besides, we will be meeting in Tbilisi, so I will be flying there alone and I look asian (since i’m korean), i’ve seen posts from non-white people talk about them having harder time getting through the immigration.
Can anyone share their positive/negative experiences?

KVAC berlin experience

Can anybody share their experience dealing with KVAC Berlin? We are currently trying to apply for a visa, but the google reviews are all negative, everyone complains about them taking too long and they take months to contact people via email, they ask them to submit the documents they have already submitted and they take months to forward the application to the Korean embassy. As of right now, we are debating wether or not we should be even applying in the first place.

How realistic is it to get a Schengen visa to Italy, considering the rejection rate in Korea is 3%?
I have the funds, but I am a student, hence why I don’t have an official employment/ source of income.
Is it mandatory to include the sponsor letter and information? I have all the other necessary documents.
The information regarding the sponsorship is stated differently in Korean and Italian. The Korean ones implies that in case of having enough funds, it is not mandatory to have a sponsor, while the Italian one only mentions Employment in pretty sure ?
It is a long process here if i were to get payslips, employment certificate of my parents and family relation certificate here, as I have to get it certified and translated at the Italian embassy. I just want to avoid that.

I am so lost in the context, can anyone who speaks Italian help me?

Richiedenti che non svolgono attività lavorativa e/o non dispongono di reddito proprio

what does e/o refer to in this context.

Does this rule apply to someone who is not legally employed but has sufficient funds OR I need to be both, employed AND have funds?

How do you organise the documents for the Schengen document submission?

I heard that they remove all the pins and notes that you could attach.

But if i am providing Family relationship proof, IDs of my parents, ID and passport of my travel companion on top of that and my own ID with my passport, how do I make it less messy? Am I allowed to name the copies of IDs that are not mine?(e.g. write Travel companion - Passport copy) on the top of the page with the passport copy? If It is better to not do it, then how do I let them know which document belongs to who and why it is even there for an example.

With pre-paid tickets, how much money would they expect to see at the embassy?

As Hungary does not explicitly state their requirement, but in comparison to Western European countries it is cheaper?

What would be the mid value in your opinion? I know that most countries that do not state it, ask to budget for 90-120 euros a day

120x13 =1,560 eur

isnt 1560 a little too low though for 13 days?

I will be applying for a Schengen type C (tourism) visa at the Hungarian Embassy in Seoul, South Korea. Application date is in start of July, travel date is in the end of August (5 weeks later). The embassy is usually empty and they say it takes them 4-7 business days on average.

Please go over the list of documents I will be submitting and let me know if this is too much/ not enough, basically I need some feedback please.

Also, I will be traveling with my Bf, who is a resident in EU, Germany. He will be meeting me in Hungary for travel, we are planning to go for the total of 13 days and we will also visit Austria for 3 days, Hungary for 10.

People have been telling me not to mention him in my application but all of my bookings are for 2 people and the embassy explicitly requested Detailed information about the travel companion, including their plane tickets/ train tickets and bookings as well.

I do not want them to question anything, but I feel like I am over prepared.

They requested not that many documents and the list of documents is much more simple compared to other embassies even (e.g. Italy, Germany, Poland)

-Original Passport
-One Photograph
-Completed Application Form

-Cover letter
-Korean Alien Registration Card copy(Residence permit valid until May 2027)
-Flight Tickets round trip Receipt(Proof of payment dating April 17) and the confirmation booking.
-Prepaid Hungary-Austria, Austria-Hungary tickets for 2 people with our names.
-Bank Statement and transaction history of 3 months.(embassy requested 3 months only)
-Certificate of University attendance and academic calendar confirming studies start on September 1st, 2026, School transcript confirming I have to complete 1 more semester.
-Detailed travel Itinerary.
-Proof of Accommodation (hotel bookings)
-Travel insurance for 30.000 euros coverage.(Swisscare)
-Detailed information about the companion (passport copy, German residence permit copy, signed confirmation letter on his behalf stating he will be joining me in Hungary for travel purposes and he will be sharing hotel bookings, paid train tickets round trip Germany - Hungary.)

I have seen some students get denied, as they did not show strong ties or didn't have family in their home country, but my family is in Korea,

so I was also gonna submit family relations certificate and copy of my parents residence permits.

Moreover, as I am only a student I was thinking of submitting my mother's documents of employment but it is all in Korean and I would need to go through the process of translating it officially.

So I was just thinking of submitting my own bank information, as the worker at the embassy just said it is optional and if I have enough money, they do not require it.

I feel like I am overcomplicating this but I just want to limit the chances of rejection.
