Got my betta yesterday from the fish shop, he’s got slight white bits on the end of his fins? I’m just wondering if he looks healthy or if he has finrot or bacterial infection?? I have bought some finrot treatment just incase??

New to fish keeping & I’m just wondering if it’s normal for Platys to lay on the gravel on a night when lights are off? Also have a separate tank with a betta he’s in a 25L tank any advice on keeping him happy would be appreciated please
