Money tree in an east facing window in the northern hemisphere. I water it maybe once every two weeks to every month, depending on when the top few inches feel dry. It lives in a mix of orchid bark and succulent soil where it's been happy for the last several years. A few of its leaves are starting to look yellower on the edges and a bit chewed up. I haven't seen any obvious posts but I'm starting to think that I have thrips over for company. besides a bottle of Captain Jack's insecticidal soap and burning my house down, anyone have any recommendations on how to heal my money tree and get rid of pests?

seems my plant is putting out pups like crazy lately. it's a tough decision if I want to keep them all to myself or if I want to share with friends.

I watered my yucca cane because the soil was super dry (bottom watered it, because I didn't want to overdo it). But my child decided he wanted to help and completely soaked the soil it was in. I swapped out half of the wet soil with dry soil, but I think we've gone and killed the poor thing. It's now shedding leaves and I'm drying out the best it can in an east facing window, as I don't think it'll be warm enough soon enough to leave it outside to fully dry out that way. Any tips on how to revive it and hopefully have it shed a little less (as every leaf seems to want to peel off now) ? Thank you in advance!
