Unicorn latte art for people who actually want to learn it (wing sequencing tutorial inside)

Tired of watching latte art videos that skip the important parts? I broke down the entire unicorn wing sequence with the specific milk flow controls and timing that make the difference between "okay" and "wow."

My manual latte art attempt — no machine, just use a handheld frother, and a whole lot of patience

Everything in this shot is manual. Espresso pulled with the Wacaco Picopresso, milk frothed with Nanofoamer handheld frother into the little pitcher, then free-poured. No steam wand, no fancy group head — just repetition and hoping muscle memory kicks in.

The tiny hamster doing deadlifts is my spirit animal during this process.

Unicorn latte art — and I already know exactly what this comment section is going to do

I've been on Reddit long enough to predict the first two comments:

  • "Take the sticker off the group head."
  • "Technically, that's an alicorn. Unicorns don't have wings."

Let's see if anyone can surprise me this time.
