How to add or remove a genre tag from a selection of tracks without messing with the other genres?

I want to remove a genre I tagged a bunch of tracks with but idk how to do it safely without affecting all the other genre tags of those tracks since it's a mixed bag.

WTP for an academic study done with the intention of getting specific results?

Maybe an academic is getting paid by a company to help sell their product, so the academic carries out a study, but skews it in a way to get only the results they're looking for. I think there's a specific term for this type of study.

'Upcoming Tracks' list buggy as hell

I don't know what it is or how to describe it. The currently playing track often just disappears from the list and so the list will say it's playing a song that it's not. The song that I was just playing will disappear when I try to go back. I will choose a song to play now from that list, and a different song entirely starts playing. I'll choose a song to play next, and that song will just disappear from the entire list. This stuff doesn't happen all the time consistently so don't think it's only me if you try to replicate yet immediately find nothing. But it does happen a lot, and it's really annoying.

It's been like this the whole time I've used musicbee. I use shuffle mode specifically amd I don't know if it's buggy like this on other modes. And I'm not good with tech but I think it may all stem from the app not registering the very first song in the list, the one that's currently playing.

Phantom artist in library

I have an issue with an artist showing in my artist list that doesn't exist. There's a song attributed to them. I check the metadata of that song and there's nothing in there about them. So I go to check the metadata of the file directly from file explorer, but there's still nothing there containing this artist. So idk wtf it's doing there. How do I fix this?

Edit- Never mind. I just fixed it somehow. The 'contributing artists' section in file metadata didnt mention the artist at all, but I deleted the info in the section and manually typed in the actual artist name anyway, and now the phantom name has disappeared from the musicbee library after restarting the app.

Should I be supplementing Vitamin D if I'm coloured and live in a cold country?

26m. I'm brown and live in Scotland. I'm not very dark. My skin's a light brown. Given that info, should I be supplementing vitamin D?

Best coconut oil alternative for me?

I have dry hair and use coconut oil to keep it lubed. I really like coconut oil but the problem is that it solidifies at cold temperatures, and that's a big problem for me in my country which is quite cold. I've tried olive oil which does stay liquid and mixes well with wet hair, but it actually gives me dandruff so I can't use that either. What oil should I try instead?

Edit- after some research, I just realised fractionated coconut oil exists, which doesnt solidify

Letters won't autoscroll when letters' are already on screen

I'm talking about the letters at the top that allow you to scroll straight to a letter in your list automatically when you click it. I find it annoying that it doesn't scroll at all if the letter is currently on screen. For example, if I'm looking at L and want to jump to N, if N is at the bottom of my screen already, it won't scroll, and I find that to just be completely unnecessary. It should scroll anyway to place N at the top of the screen. The rule shouldn't have exceptions. It should just do the same thing every time, otherwise it's confusing and also more difficult for literally no reason. Sometimes I want to autoscroll to a certain letter, and it doesn't do anything, and then it takes a split second of confusion for it to register in my head that it's not scrolling because it's already on my screen somewhere. It should just scroll anyway, because why exactly not? The entire reason I use the autoscroll is to work less. But now I'm working more because I use the autoscroll expecting it to work, only for it to fail and thus have to spend a second scanning the list to gauge where I am exactly, and then revert to manual scroll again. It's really annoying.

Thank you for listening to my rant about a tiny thing that doesn't really matter I'm the grand scheme of things but really annoys me anyway.
