​6.7 v1 stygian from 92_official on bili, congratulations to our first dire boss with nearly thrice the hp of fearless!

new sc boss - 6.89m / 13.88m

the shield is max 70% boss hp, can take dmg, and has 125 135% all res other than cryo/electro. sc/ssc do extra 4% shield hp dmg to it. each drone destroyed damages the shield by 10%. after destroying the shield, boss takes 100% of dmg taken during shield phase, not exceeding 40% of max hp. shield phase lasts 45s. stun lasts 13s and all res drops to -40.

drones have 12u hydro shield, are deployed at the edge of the arena, and have a height of 3m, same height as oceanid birds. destroyed when sc/ssc/shatter/melt is triggered. if the shield is not destroyed before timer ends, then the boss will collect all leftover drones (number of leftover drones = x) and gain 12+6*x units of hydro shield.

during shield phase, gravity decreases and the jumping speed of characters is greatly reduced (speed debuff is thrice that of getting cryo on characters, counters varesa/xiao/xianyun). boss also frequently moves around the arena during shield phase to avoid melee attacks.

ssa - 7.95m / 23.3m

shield is 200% hp, can take dmg. can also be destroyed by accumulating 100% countermeasure gauge. 110% all res during first shield phase, after shield break will take 50% of dmg taken during shield phase, not exceeding 50% of max hp. countermeasure gauge will increase by 1% per second, when characters enter nightsoul mode, immediately gain 2.5%, and during nightsoul mode, gauge will increase by an extra 1.5% per second. off field characters in nightsoul mode are also counted. after shield break it will summon pillars, breaking pillars will cause it to lose 15% hp and get stunned for 15s, all res drops to -30%.

loses all gained res after the first shield break, i.e., will not regain 110% all res even if there's a second shield phase.

nothing much to say, same hp and mechanics as before

nicole vs sucrose for c2+ flins

this might look familiar because i posted my calcs a couple weeks ago, but found errors and it was easier to redo from scratch than to fix them.

i finally found the time before patch update (yay) and to reduce errors this time i'll just be using a baseline of c2r1 flins c1r1 ineffa c2r1 bina. numbers will vary depending on your ineffa/bina investment.

constellations:

while nicole needs c2 to pull ahead, c0 nicole is an acceptable replacement for sucrose if you're using her in another team. note that this assumes 10 res enemy so if the enemy has higher res, sucrose will be much better than c0 nicole.

artifacts:

4p instructors is very slightly better than 2p2p but given the difficulty of farming ins, 2p2p will likely end up better.

4p sms has terrible uptime since nicole doesn't do skill or burst hits off field. nicole burst is a dps loss.

weapons:

r5 ttds is a sidegrade/slight downgrade to r1 atlas.

investment:

if you don't have cons/sigs for the core trio, it is not recommended to invest into nicole.

vs xilonen:

i didn't calc that since i'm not familiar with c2 xilo rotations.

A handy summary of bosses + their values + my own notes

wolf 9,996,870 / 20,201,856

  • 50% anemo res
  • 24u cryo shield. after the shield is broken, will lose hp equal to 60% of pyro/anemo dmg + 10% of other dmg taken by shield, not exceeding 40% max hp
  • all res decreases by 70% after shield break
  • a 1u anemo app (sucrose n/c/e, kazuha e (no plunge)) + 1u pyro app will break ~4.4u cryo shield. a 1u anemo app (sucrose n/c/e, kazuha e (no plunge)) + 1u electro app will break ~2.2u cryo shield

tulpa 7,658,830 / 17,260,005 (notes are copy pasted from homdgcat)

  • After entering battle, and every 30s afterwards, summons 2 Half-Tulpas: Has 12% HP (note: cn has it at 8.54% HP instead) and 12U Hydro Shield ( = Hydro Abyss Mage), which dies instantly if Frozen.
  • After successfully absorbing Half-Tulpas, will enter Rage for 15s~25s: All RES increases +200% and heals 12.5% HP.
  • When not in Rage, will charge Ultimate: Gains a Shield with 8.85% HP, and clears all characters' E and Q CD, and revives all Energy and Fighting Spirit.
  • If charging finishes before Shield is broken, will directly kill all on-field characters.

watcher 13,586,195 / 28,537,363

  • inert stars have 140% all res (inert = no element recorded. you can have one active + one inert star if you want (idk why you would though))
  • during monitoring phase, all elemental/physical res increases to 80%. recording an element for the first time requires 5 hits, recording the same element a second time requires 15 hits
  • stars of the same element have 16.67% max hp each, stars of different elements have 6.67% max hp each. destroying the first star causes the enemy to lose 3% + 3% max hp, destroying the second star causes the enemy to lose 9% + 9% max hp
  • the second hit of a destroyed star can react, but doesn't scale off res shred/enemy debuffs/em. this means that if you forward vape/melt the stars, they deal a fixed 3*2+9*3 = 33% max hp and with two monitor phases, 66% max hp (you could possibly forward react the first destroyed star as well, but i haven't seen examples of this yet)
