Struggling in deciding my future.

I am 16 and struggling to decide what to do with my future. Everything is still undecided.

I took science and maths because I love computer science, engineering, and tech. But a few days ago my cousin came to visit and he's working at NVIDIA. He was just sitting in the corner for hours on his laptop, basically doing nothing but typing code. That completely changed how I see CS engineering.

I used to imagine myself doing big things like what CEOs do, but now this picture of just sitting and typing all day is stuck in my head and I can't digest it.

The main problem is I don't feel seriously interested in anything. People always say "do what you love," but what if I don't even know what I love?? I also keep reading posts from people saying they wasted their life studying something that gives them nothing in return. They're stuck and regret it — some in their 20s, some in their 30s. I really don't want that to happen to me.

Can you guys give me some advice?

This getting boring now

Well, I just completed TWD Season 10, Episode 16, and at the end, they showed us a new antagonist group. But the point is that it is getting so overwhelming now. I mean, the show is supposed to be about the dead, but now it is only human vs. human, like we saw with the Governor, the Saviors, the Whisperers, and a few others like Terminus. I was really enjoying it up until this point. Many people leave the show at specific moments, like Season 7, Episode 1, Season 9, Episode 5, or Season 9, Episode 15. No, bro, I enjoyed it all, but now it has just gotten overwhelming. I want to ask: should I continue? Because I think I want a break from this now.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, my dear brothers and sisters in Islam.

I humbly seek your kind advice and dua on a deeply personal family matter, and I wish to understand its implications in the sight of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

My father is a most affectionate and caring father, and he has always been a dutiful son to his own parents, striving to honor them.

Yet, despite his many good qualities, he has fallen into some major gunah (disobediences to Allah), which he keeps hidden from us. He smokes excessively-though we know this is makruh-and alas, he has committed far graver wrongs beyond this...

He has entered into a haram relationship with my aunt (of an intimate nature, subhanAllah), and I came to know of this painful reality only because I stumbled upon videos of them together.

He also consumes alcohol, and regrettably, he does not perform his five daily salah nor engage with the Noble Qur'an as he should.

O my respected brothers and sisters, I turn to you with a heavy heart for your gentle guidance in this trial. What is the wisest and most compassionate approach I might take, in sha' Allah?

I have chosen silence thus far, out of fear that revealing this to my mother could shatter our home and lead to unimaginable hardship, as you may well understand. Above all, I yearn to preserve the unity of my parents' marriage and protect our family from further fitnah.

What steps can I take in this delicate situation to seek Allah's mercy and healing?

And, if I may ask, what might be the consequences for my father on the Day of Judgment (Yawm al-Qiyamah), based on the teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)?

Jazakum Allahu khairan for your patience and brotherly/ sisterly wisdom. May Allah ease our burdens and guide us all. Btw I am a tEÉñàger
