Peace and Justice variations

Hi everyone, I hope everything is fine!

I went to disneyland last month and built the number 5. I was not aware that the pieces had changed, I really dig the old emiter and some of the old sleeves. Because of that I started messing around in photoshop to combine old parts wirh new parts (number 1, 2 3 and 4 are all combinations of "new" parts with old parts) before buying in ebay.

The numbers 5 through 12 are all combinations of peace and justice new parts only.

What do you guys think? Which one is your favorite?

Make Trueflame emit Light just like it did in Morrowind

Hi everybody, I hope all is fine!
I need some help, I'm still learding how to mod and right now I can kind of navigate through xEdit. That being said, is it possible to change the magic effect on the trueflame from the CC so it can emit Light just like a torch only using xEdit? If yes, how can I accomplish this? I tried to add an effect associated with a light of a torch to the enchanting list of effects but that didn't work.

Question about DPS calculation and enchanting

Hi everyone, I hope everything is doing fine. I have some questions about how to calculate DPS involving enchanted weapons.

I currently have a high-level battlemage with all the perks in: destruction, one-handed, heavy armor, block, restoration and smithing.
Also, my character have gear with 100% fortify destruction, so enchantment charges aren't a problem. I've enchanted some weapons as roleplaying options, but I'm having trouble calculating and evaluating which is best.

Generally, I try to enchant weapons with "lore-friendly" values in mind so the game doesn't lose too much of its appeal. These are the options I enchanted below.

  • Daecric Sword
    • Base damage: 616
    • Enchantments:
      • Absorb health 25
      • Chance to paralyze for 5 seconds
  • Daecric Sword
    • Base damage: 616
    • Enchantments:
      • Absorb stamina 30
      • Chaos damage 60
  • Ebony Scimitar
    • Base damage: 622
    • Enchantments:
      • Absorb health 30
      • Absorb stamina 50
  • Ebony Scimitar
    • Base damage: 622
    • Enchantments:
      • Fire Damage 75
      • Chance to paralyze for 3 seconds
  • Ebony Scimitar
    • Base damage: 622
    • Enchantments:
      • Shock Damage 75
      • Absorb health 30
  • Ebony Scimitar
    • Base damage: 622
    • Enchantments:
      • Fire Damage 75
      • Absorb stamina 50

Given all these options in enchantments my questions about DPS and how to formulate a mathematical model to evaluete are:

  1. How to calculate paralyze utility since it has a chanve to proc and given that the enemy will block less for some time when the effect is triggered?
  2. How to evaluete the utility of absorb stamina when you can use power attacks non-stop and the enemy will stagger more, although power attacks are slower?
  3. Fire damage has burning effect, so it deals damage over time, how to calculate this?
  4. Chaos damage in self enchanted weapons is bugged, so only shock may deal 60 damage whereas frost and fire can only deal up to 33 damage. Also, fire has damage over time and there's obviously the probability involved in chaos damage, so how to put it in a equation?
  5. Finally, how do you calculate elemental damage and the incidence of elemental resistance spread across enemies in the game?

Having said all that, which of the six weapon above would be better overall?
