Teyes CC4

Hey guys I know nobody wants another head unit post, but I’m losing my mind. Just got a CC4 from Teyes, plugged all the harnesses in properly but the CC4 unit isn’t powering on at all. Any ideas? What other info should I include ?

CC4 Not powering on for the 1st time

Hey all, just ordered the CC4 for my ‘06 gx470. I have the wiring harnesses plugged in properly (I think), but the unit isn’t powering on when I turn the key. Any ideas? What other info should I provide?

GX460 low-profile drawer system?

Hi all, looking for a more low-profile drawer system for the GX460. It looks like most of the ones in the market are super tall, which is great, but my 75lb dog probably wouldn’t approve.

Looking for a system that allows me to have a fair amount of storage while still having enough room for my dog to stand on top and be comfortable

Appreciate the suggestions

Towing with a BMW X3

Howdy. Just offloaded a KTM 690, and looking to get either a KTM 350 or 500.

My plan is to use a hitch carrier on my ‘19 X3 M40i, which has a tongue weight of 440 lbs. some back of the napkin math tells me I’d be ok, but curious if anyone has done anything similar?

Before you comment, I don’t have enough room for a trailer so that is out of the question

Thanks

$600k on $125k Salary

Just need a sanity check.

MY PICTURE

$90k in individual brokerage

$160k in 401k

$10k in savings

$20k in “deep savings”, meaning it’s only for pure emergencies

$125k salary, which nets $7,400/mo. Another $15-20k/yr from a bonus.

HOUSE

$200k down (not drawing from the above, this is a separate account I have)

$200k loan from a relative @ 4%

$200k 30yr fixed at 6%

$700/mo taxes

$200/mo insurance

$400/mo for random stuff

= roughly $3,400/mo for a $600k home

I have some people saying that’s totally feasible, others are saying it’s insane. Fiancee will be not working for the next 3years, but will be shifting into a high salary role (~$250k) after those three years

28 y/o, no other debt

Thoughts?
