Form I-864 (Affidavit of support)

Wedding Invitation Card
Aadhar card
Financial Commingling (Post-Wedding) - After your wedding, he can legally add me to a few U.S. assets even while I am still in India. This is incredibly high-value evidence:
Adding my name as a beneficiary on his retirement accounts, or life insurance policy.
Adding me to his U.S. health insurance plan (if his employer allows it for an overseas spouse).
Opening a joint U.S. bank account together or adding you as an authorized user on a credit card.
Sworn Affidavits from Family
Proof of his Current Employment - Recent Pay Stubs: The last 3 to 6 months of consecutive pay stubs, Employment Verification Letter: A signed letter on company letterhead from his employer, confirming his job title, current salary, hire date, and employment status (full-time).
Proof of U.S. Domicile (For him) - A copy of his Driver’s License or State ID.
His current lease agreement or property deed.
Recent utility bills (electricity, internet, or water) in his name at the address
- Form I -130A (Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary) - You can simply fill it out digitally, send it to him, and he will upload it alongside his primary I-130 petition.
Points to remember - they care that the name on your Form I -130, your Passport, and your Marriage Certificate match each other perfectly. You can easily change your last name later in the U.S. once you have your green card.
