Gift ideas for a gardener?

Hello all my mother's birthday isn't until winter but i still like keeping a list of things to get people usually i always get her the same things and often a big bag of different gifts for mothers day and her birthday this year she has been really into gardening and honestly i have no clue about the hobby. She already has a pretty big garden going at the moment she has arches, lights a few plants she's not really growing veggies just yet and she's got all of the accessories and most tools. The only thing i can think to get her that she doesn't have is maybe some kind of apron with a pretty pattern but i don't think that would be enough or that exciting lol she is also very interested in growing roses right now and she has a little greenhouse too. I was wondering about things i could get her she might not have or things she will need in the future and hasn't thought about buying yet. She buys a lot of pots often during her grocery run and she watches a lot of videos on this topic so i feel a bit like a fish out of water in terms of what to get her. Any ideas? what do you wish you would have been given as a gift?.

Do you use a remarkable still alongside a paper notebook? unsure of what i want my set up to be for my Masters.

Hi all, i'm doing my masters in September and i'm gonna be hoenst i had a bit of a spending problem a while ago i bought so much stationary pens, planners, tn's i have a dozen of each and so much ink but i also have a remarkable of course along with many other writing decks but i have been wanting to use this one even though i also have a kindle scribe but i use that more for reading.

It kind of just hit me today that i could use both does anyone else have a similar set up?. I got the idea from seeing that Japanese mini e-reader that was going around booktube for a while then i remembered i saw someone stuff one into a pocket tn and i was wondering does anyone else have a similar set up? i do have a leather cover that would likely fit i used it for a bible before, so i know it's big enough i don't know why but it think i feel a bit crazy carrying it around lol but i do have a huge bag anyway i also have the keyboard case. Does anyone else have a half digital half analogue set up? i don't know why i have literally never thought to use both before instead of intense guilt i have short term memory from birth so i always kind of need to write things down plus ink is a little reward for me and i like separation but as i'm studying writing i'm wondering how i can balance using both for uni and writing work.

Welcome to the chaos that is my brain lol. I would love too see set up's too i have been going crazy for the past few months trying to think of what my set up-for uni is even going to be i just need it to be secure and safe and not heavy i used my macbook for a while but it became a huge distraction for me and i've just discovered that i don't like typing at all but i do like the tap, tap tap sounds.

Do you also feel scared putting your pronouns on your page where family can see?

I just did for my linked-in i would rather let people know that i actually prefer 'they' or 'she/they' but i am seen as more AFAB this week i was called a girl or a woman a lot by a new lecturer and it was really off putting to me but i didn't feel right in correcting him. I felt super nervous changing my status on most social media i never have not until i decided to go out to the job and uni world and i have started to be more open about myself online rather than hide behind a secondary account.

I don't know if my family would ever notice they are mostly all terfs and don't think non-binary people exist i used to parrot their beliefs a lot but i've grown since then.

My family are generally fine at the idea of me being bi but draw the line at this but i also am at the age in my 20s where i am trying not to give a shit about how others feel i think it's hard for me because i was so introverted growing up i hated being called even by my name i never liked telling people things about myself but i'm also pretty outspoken at the same time and i think i'm very flamboyant that it's something people who know me would probably expect or assume already.

I just feel a tiny ball of nerves right now but i think my brain is like, dude chill you just updated your linked in pronouns nobody is going to care i think i've just been read/seen as a girl for so long and never corrected anybody that it feels so strange for me to do it publicly but on my private social media i'm so open about it. iS anyone else the same as me? i wish it didn't feel so scary i'm trying to get used to just being myself, advocating for myself despite what other people want me to be or see me as but damn that is a hard thing for me to do.

Sorry if this is a bit of a ramble lol but it's kind of a big thing for me i'm also having a low spoon day so i hope this sorta made some sense or resonated. why is social media so scaryy?
