please help. i have tried to order a new phone on your website using my phone and a home PC and i get to where you enter your billing information....everything is filled in except my first and last name and it won't let me enter it. I have tried using your own phone browser, PC Chrome, and PC firefox and nothing works. I NEED A NEW PHONE. HELP

If we keep all personal opinions out of it about the LTR program and focus on the math for a second.....where else in life are you graded where a score of 8 = 0, and it takes 5 green bubbles to raise your overall percent by 1 and it takes 1 red bubble to drop it by 1 percent.

Not only that but when you take the survey, you are given the choices zero thru eight on your phone and have to swipe left to get to 9 and 10.

The software appears to be designed for you to fail on purpose. By doing so, its creating stress that is a complete fabrication of false math. Is anyone at corporate aware that this program is creating a hostile work environment full of false expectations?
