Is there a way to download original distributed files from CD Baby?

Good morning - My band used CD Baby in the distant past to distribute our music, and while it worked fine at the time, I've noticed that CD Baby essentially has zero support these days. For instance, I had to message them about a basic account issue, and after waiting 6 weeks for a reply, I'm giving up on them.

We're about to release an album and I plan to use Distrokid. Distrokid has an article about how to move previous albums to their service, which involves uploading the old album(s) to their service. I'm trying to figure out how to download our original lossless files from CD Baby, but I don't see any option to do this on their platform.

Anyone have any pointers on how I can download our old albums from CD Baby so I can toss them onto Distrokid?

Downloading my original albums from CDBaby?

Hello! My band and I distributed our music through CD Baby some 10 years ago. We're about to release a new album, and I plan to use Distrokid, since CD Baby does not have any form of human support (after waiting a couple of months for a reply about a basic issue with one of our previous releases, I'm giving up on them). In order to switch to Distrokid, we need to upload our old albums, and I'm trying to figure out how to download the original lossless files from CD Baby. Does anyone know if there's a way to download the original files I uploaded to CD Baby? Thanks so much!

2004 Saturn Ion not starting... broken clutch master cylinder?

Hey there - I'm not super mechanically savvy but have done enough automative stuff over the years that a friend of mine asked me for some advice. So he has a 2004 Saturn Ion that is not starting. He notes that when he turns the key, the lights and power comes on, but it won't engage the starter. He also said that his clutch pedal does not depress all the way. He had a clutch pedal issue some years back and had a mechanic replace the actual clutch pedal and the position sensor, so I imagine that is probably fine.

I'm wondering if his clutch master cylinder has failed, and it's preventing him from depressing the clutch pedal far enough to engage the position sensor. Before going to his house and taking a peek around, I was wondering if any of you had any guidance. I was also wondering if it would make sense to climb under the dashboard and try to depress the position sensor manually while starting it to see if that helps confirm a busted cylinder.

I'd be super thankful for any pointers. My friend is down financially right now and just trying to save him a ridiculous mechanical fee. Thank you!

Recommended power supply for Quad Cortex on a small pedal board.

Greetings! I'm about to start using my Quad Cortex live as part of a compact pedal board. I'm literally just using the Quad Cortex and an expression pedal. I see people recommended the Cioks DC-7 combined with the Crux, which comes out to about $350, and seems hefty for my very limited needs (I won't be adding any extra pedals to my configuration and not worried about future expansion).

Are there any additional compact, low-profile, high quality PSUs out on the market, or should I bite the bullet and use the Cioks combo?

Hey all. I’m hoping for some help with editing two audio comps at the same time. My band and I are taking a crack at recording guitars with a wet signal and a separate dry / DI track for reamping. In the past, I’ll edit the crap out of a wet recording, love the way it sounds, but then when we go back to reamp using the DI signal, none of the edits carried over since I was modifying the wet track the entire time.

I’ve tried selecting the wet and DI tracks simultaneously, but if I edit the comps at all, it only applies to the one I’m actually clicking on and not the second one.

Anyone have pointers on accomplishing what I’m attempting, or any wet / dry reamping best practices?

If it matters, using Quad Cortex for recording. Thanks!
